28 The Role of Maintenance & Asset Management in Sustainability & ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)

The scope of this project is at first to get to know more about the role of Maintenance & Asset Management in Sustainability & ESG by exchanging the views of experts in GFMAM societies. If we can find some topics that would be beneficial to discuss on the way, we may go to the next stage and publish some of our findings to the world.

30 GFMAM Guidance for an Asset Management System Scheme for Accredited Certification to ISO 55001

The GFMAM Guidance for an Asset Management System Scheme for Accredited Certification to ISO 55001 was built around the Australian AMS Scheme developed with the accreditation boy JAS-ANZ.

Given the 2024 updates to ISO 55000, ISO 55001 and the GFMAM AM Landscape it is timely to update this scheme document. The AM Council has recently updated the AMS Scheme document for JAS-ANZ in Australia and it is proposed to use this version as a basis for the update to the GFMAM version.
